Create an "Everyone" channel
After your employees join your Workspace, our experts recommend creating an 'Everyone' group chat channel. This allows your entire team to send and receive company-wide comments and questions.

- From the Messages screen, click the Pencil Icon at the top right.
- From the New Message screen, tap Create Group Chat.
- From the Group Details screen, add the Group Name.
- Popular group examples: "Everyone", "Leadership Team", "Marketing Stuff"
- Next, Select Members who you wish to add to this group.
- Optional: Upload a Group Photo by tapping on the camera icon.
- Click Next.
Remove someone from a channel
As long as you belong to an existing group chat channel, you can easily remove a user by following these steps:

- From the Messages screen, choose the channel.
- From the chat thread, click the Group Name, or click the three dots ••• at the top right.
- From the Group Details screen, find the user you wish to remove.
- Tap REMOVE.
- Then click Update.
