How It Works
Both Admins and Members can create group chat channels from the app.
- From the Chat (Messages) screen, tap the pencil icon at the top right.
- Tap Create Group Chat.
- Enter the Group Name, then select the members you wish to add to this channel.
- Click Next.

1. 'Everyone'
This channel is a must-have. Once all team members have joined your workspace, create an ‘Everyone’ group chat channel to send and receive company-wide updates, questions, and comments.
2. 'Social Media Inspo'
Use this group chat to share social media inspiration, such as post ideas and managing business page updates.
Pro Tip: If your salon uses an agency, such as IM Marketing or Glammatic, you can invite your account manager to join this channel.

5. 'Retail Updates'
Are your providers are making the right recommendations? Be sure your team is selling through any discontinued products or old packaging. Plus, educate your team on the latest product launches from your distributor.
6. 'Sustainability'
Share practical tips for reducing your salon’s environmental footprint. This could include reminders to switch off lights and electronics, use Sustain Beauty’s scrummi towels, or opt for waste-reducing color solutions like Vish.
