Learn how to setup and navigate the Salon Symphony mobile app.
Account Setup
After sending an invite via the Admin Dashboard, users will receive an SMS with a verification code and a link to download the Salon Symphony mobile app.
- On the first screen, enter your phone number and the 4-digit code.
- Follow the steps to create your account details.
- Upload a profile photo.

Navigation Menu
To access the menu and all menu options, click Menu in the footer bar.

- Home: Shows the upcoming events feed.
- Tasks: View and update your assigned tasks.
- Learn: View and download training resources.
- Chat: Send direct messages and start group chats.
- Menu: Opens all menu options.
- Requests: View and submit time off, schedule and education requests.
- Education: Track class hours and continued education.
- Goals: Create and view weekly, monthly and annual goals.
- Flashcards: Study digital flashcards.
- Quizzes: Take quizzes you've created.
- Documents: View your company's contracts, policies and waivers.
- New Hire Checklist: View and update onboarding tasks.
- Members: Displays your team's employee directory and profiles.
- Survey: Submit surveys you've posted.
- Rewards: View a list of all reward points and badges you've earned.
Settings Menu
Access all other settings in the mobile app, click the Gear Icon in the top right-hand corner of the Menu screen.

- Push Notifications: Enable/disable push notifications from Salon Symphony.
- Change Password: Create a new account password.
- Provide Feedback: Submit general feedback about the mobile app.
- Terms of Use: Review Salon Symphony's terms of use.
- Privacy Policy: Review Salon Symphony's privacy policy.
- Report a Problem: Submit a request for technical support.
- Delete Account: Permanently deletes your user account.
- Log Out: Logs you out of Salon Symphony.
RSVP to Events
Members can RSVP to upcoming events by following the steps below.
- From the Home screen, click Respond.
- From the overlay options, choose your event response status.

Update Tasks
Members can update the status of assigned tasks by following the steps below:
- From the Tasks screen, click the Task you wish to update.
- From the Task Details screen, click Done.

View Resources
Members can view, download and link to training resources.
- From the Resources screen, click the resource you wish to view.
- From the Resource Details screen, click View Resource.

Create Goals
Both admins and staff members can create goals. From the mobile app, click Menu.
- On the Goals screen, click New Goal.
- From the popup, choose the Goal Type.
- Enter your details in the appropriate fields and click Save Goal.

Send Requests
Members can submit time off, schedule and education requests from the mobile app.
- On the Menu screen, click Requests.
- From the Requests screen, click New Request.
- Choose your request type, then add the details accordingly.
