What's New?
1. Tasks » Expanding Category Tabs: Admins will now see task reminders organized by task type. Use the tabs to expand and collapse your task lists.
- From the sidebar, click Tasks.
- You'll see tasks grouped by One- Time, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly.
- Click any task type to expand the tab and reveal your assigned tasks.
2. Global » Banner Images » Slider Handle (for image cropping): When adding a custom banner image, you can use a slider to zoom in / out on your image to resize and crop.
We still recommend using a 16:9 rectangular image with little or no text.
3. Team » Documents » Blank Document (Optional): Admins now have the option to type out (or copy and paste) their document text into an open field. If you choose Blank Doc, you are not required to upload a raw file.
- From Team, click Documents.
- Click New Doc in the upper-right.
- Choose Blank Document.
- Add your Doc Name.
- Copy and paste or write in your text.
4. Team » Documents » Recipients Function: Like many of our other features, Admins can now choose who should receive and view certain documents.
5. Survey Builder » Multiple Choice » Add up to 5 answer options: Admins can now add up to 5 possible answer choices when creating a multiple choice question.
- From the Survey Builder, click Multiple Choice.
- In the Option C field, click the + button to add Option D.
- Click the + button again to add Option E.
6. Events » Details » HIDE Price Badge (Optional): Admins can now hide the price badge from the event banners, which may apply to things like birthdays and celebrations – instead of showing "FREE".
- If price field = blank, users will see "FREE" badge (no change)
- If price field = any $ amount, users will see badge with $ amount (no change)
- If user clicks "Click here to HIDE any event price" users will not see any badge
