What's New?
1. Event Details » Total Views: Users can now see how many people in their workspace have viewed a particular event.
- Visit any Event Details screen.
- At the top right, tap on the eyeball icon.
Important: Users must be updated to the latest version for event views to count. If a team member is not on the latest version of the app, the API will not be called even if they viewed the event.
2. Resource Details » Total Views: Users can now see how many people in their workspace have viewed a particular resource.
- Visit any Resource Details screen.
- At the top right, tap on the eyeball icon.
Important: Users must be the latest version for resource views to count. If a team member is not on the latest version of the app, the API will not be called even if they viewed the resource.
3. Create Group Chat » Group Name Optional: If you choose NOT to set a Group Name, the group name will become the usernames of everyone you add.
- For example, if you select Christina Goldman and Christine Mable to the group, the group name will be automatically set to Christina Goldman, Christine Mable
- You can then search conversations by name to easily jump to a thread.
4. BUG FIX: Group Info » Custom Group Images: If you upload a custom group chat photo, you will now see that displayed on the Messages screen.
5. Chat » New Emoji Reactions: Users can now react with 👎 thumbs down, ✅ check mark, and 🙏 hopeful emojis.
- Long-hold (for 2 seconds) on any message.
- From the overlay, you will find a new row of emojis.
6. Tasks » Assign To » Search Function: Users can now easily search members when assigning a task from the mobile app.
- From the Tasks screen, tap the + button at the top right.
- On the Create Task screen, tap Assign To.
- From the search field, start typing the person's name.
7. Events » Backend Update » "Event Views" API: This is a backend change that allows Admins to see who has viewed a particular event. No action is required. For an event view to be recorded, users must visit the "Event Details" page of an event.
Important: Users must be on Mobile App Version 2.10.9 or later for event views to count. If a team member is not on the latest version of the app, the event views API will not be called even if they viewed the Event.
