What's New?
1. Event Details » Event "Views": Admins can now see how many people "viewed" an event. You can compare the number of event views to the number of RSVPs to further track engagement across your team.
- Visit the Event Details screen of any event.
- On the left, just below Recipients, you will find "Event Views"
- Click View to show a list of everyone who has viewed that event.
Important: Users must be on Mobile App Version 2.10.9 or later for event views to count. If a team member is not on the latest version of the app, the event views API will not be called even if they viewed the Event.
2. Event Details » Response Count: At a glance, Admins can now see the total number of event RSVPs from the sidebar. This is useful for larger organizations to quickly track how many people submitted a response.
Use this total figure, along with the Event Views, to hold your team accountable.
3. Recipients Dropdown » Search Function: Admins can now easily search Groups or Members when posting events, assigning tasks, sending alerts, adding resources, etc.
- From the Recipient dropdown, click Members.
- in the Search field, start typing the person's name.
- Make your selection, the remove the input to search another name.
