What's New?
1. Events » Choose "Recipients": Admins can now choose who sees an event post by selecting Everyone, Groups, or Members from the Recipients dropdown.
2. Surveys » Collect "Anonymous" Responses: Admins can now choose to make survey responses anonymous by ticking the checkbox on the Create New Survey modal.
3. Team » Shoutouts » New Automation Settings: The Shoutouts page is now labeled "Automations".
From here, Admins can turn on/off the automated push notifications that are triggered any time:
- A new user joins your workspace
- A user has a birthday
- A user has an anniversary
- You post a new event (new feature!)
- You add a new resource (new feature!)
4. Team » Groups » Custom Groups: Admins can now create custom groups of users from the Admin Dashboard.
These groups can be utilized when assigning tasks, posting events, sending alerts, and more!
Note: Any time a custom group is created, a group chat channel is also automatically generated.
5. Alerts » Alert Message Input » Character Limit Increase: Admins can now send an alert with a message body up to 999 characters.
6. Chat » Message Input » Responsive Enhancement: The chat input field now expands vertically with longer message strings.
