Learn what to do if you or your teammates are not receiving direct message or group chat notifications on the SS Mobile App.
From the Mobile App
Make sure your Message Notifications are enabled on the Setting screen.

- From the Menu screen, click the Gear Icon at the top right.
- From the Settings screen, find the Message Notifications toggle.
- The purple background indicates that the Push Notifications are enabled.
From the Device Settings
Make sure your notification preferences on your device are enabled.

- From the Settings menu on your phone, click Notifications.
- From the Notifications screen, scroll down until you find Salon Symphony.
- Tap Salon Symphony to open your notification preferences.
- From the App Notifications screen, make to enable Allow Notifications.
Log Out & Log In
If none of the solutions above work, try logging out and then logging back in to the app:

- At the bottom, click Log Out.
- Then simply log back in.
