Alerts, or push alerts, allow Admins to send customizable push notifications directly to the mobile app. Instead of sending Group Chats or DMs to notify staff, you can leverage powerful automations using Alerts.
Getting Started Tips
Admins can create immediate, scheduled, or recurring alerts from the Dashboard.
- Spice it up with emojis
- Keep titles short and sweet
- Link to content in-app, like a Doc you've uploaded
- Set it and forget it with recurring alerts
- Be aware of send times
