If you cancelled your free trial before your first billing cycle and wish to renew your subscription, please follow the steps below.
Step 1
- On a computer, log in to the Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings » Billing.
- To the right of the page, click Manage.
Step 2
- From the Stripe Customer Portal, enter your Email Address.
- Check your inbox, then click Log in to your customer portal.
- On the right, click Renew subscription.
Step 3
- Click Renew subscription.
- Presto! Your subscription will now renew without interruption.
