Learn how we handle declined subscription payments.
If your card is declined on your renewal date, Stripe automatically will retry the card on file 1 day, 3 days, and 5 days after the initial payment fails. If we're unable to process your subscription fee after 5 days, your account will temporarily suspended.
If your account was suspended due to a failed or late payment, log into your Dashboard and follow the steps to reactivate your account.
⚠️ Important: In order to restore all your data, you must choose the same plan you were subscribed to before your account was suspended.
