Recurring alerts are automatically sent via push notification to your staff on the date and time you choose when creating an alert. No action is required on your part after creating an alert.
Alert Types
Admins have four recurring alert types to choose from:
- Weekly: Sent once a week on specific day and time, such as weekly cleaning.
- Bi-Weekly: Sent every other week on a specific day and time, such as a bi-weekly timecard reminders.
- Monthly: Sent once a month on a specific day and time, such as monthly product orders.
- Annual: Sent once a year on a specific day and time, such as cosmetology license renewals.
Deleting Alerts
Unlike Immediate Alerts, recurring alerts can be deleted. To stop a recurring alert from being sent in the future, follow the steps below.
- From the Alerts page, find the alert you wish you delete.
- Click the ••• icon in the right-hand column.
- From the overlay menu, select Delete.
- Review the disclaimer in the popup, then click Delete.
Editing Alerts
Unlike Immediate Alerts, recurring alerts can also be edited. To modify the message of a recurring alert, follow the steps below.
- From the Alerts page, find the alert you wish you delete.
- Click the ••• icon in the right-hand column.
- From the overlay menu, select Edit.
- From the popup, edit the details of the alert.
- Note: You can update the frequency, send date, send time and message respectively.
