Manage Rewards

Learn how to manage and modify Salon Symphony's automated reward points and badges.

Reward Badges

Reward Badges are automatically sent to staff to based the event triggers below. To disable badges from being sent, use the toggle to stop the event.

Custom Badges 

To send a custom badge to one or more team members: 

1. Navigate to Team » Rewards.
2. In the top right-hand corner, click Give Badge. 
3. Enter a title for this Achievement, such as Highest Weekly Retail Sales!
4. Choose who to send this badge to from the Recipients dropdown.
5. Next, select the badge that best represents this achievement.
6. Click Give Badge.

Disable Badges 

To disable automated reward shoutouts:

1. Navigate to Team » Rewards.
2. Choose the reward(s) you wish to disable.
   • By default, all reward badges are enabled.
3. In the Off/On column, switch the toggle to the left.
4. Your changes are automatically saved.

Reward Points

Reward Points are automatically sent to staff to based the event triggers below. To disable points from being sent, use the toggle to stop the event.

Edit Points Value

To edit the value of points for an accomplishment:

1. Navigate to Team » Rewards.
2. Choose the accomplishment you wish to edit.
   • By default, each accomplishment is set to 100 points.
3. Click the edit (pencil) icon.
4. From the popup, enter the new Points value for this accomplishment. 
5. Click Update Points to save.

Custom Points 

To send a custom badge to one or more team members: 

1. Navigate to Team » Rewards.
2. Click Points from the tabs from the page header.
3. In the top right-hand corner, click Give Points. 
4. Enter a title for this Achievement, such as Highest Weekly Retail Sales!
5. Choose who to send the points to from the Recipients dropdown.
6. Next, enter the total Points value, such as World-Class Customer Service!
7. Click Give Points.

Disable Points
