Learn how and when verification codes are sent to members and admins after they're invited to join your team on Salon Symphony.
As the account owner, you'll receive a 4-digit verification code via email after creating a new account. Be sure to check the different folders in your inbox. Simply copy and paste the code in the empty fields and click verify.
Member Invitations (SMS)
A one-time passcode, or OTP, is sent to your member's mobile device immediately after inviting each user. The SMS will contain links to download the Salon Symphony app for both iPhone and Adroid.
Admin Invitations (SMS & Email)
If you added a new user as an Admin, this person will receive an SMS to download the Salon Symphony app. After creating their account, we'll send this user an email with instructions on how to access the admin dashboard.
If the timer expires, or you didn't receive your email verification code, simply click Resend Code. If you still don't receive your verification code, contact support for account assistance.
